Connects anti-SPAM service is an industry-leading junk mail filter that is installed on our mail servers. SPAM is filtered on the Connect servers which saves you time online and allows you to benefit by someone else worrying about filtering SPAM.
As effective as this service is, the people responsible for sending SPAM out constantly change their tactics and there is no way to guarantee that 100% of SPAM will be identified. You should expect a SIGNIFICANT reduction of junk mail received. In most tests, this filter has blocked/marked 60-80% of junk email. Your personal results might be higher or lower depending upon the type of SPAM you receive.
In most cases, legitimate email and mailing list subscriptions will not be blocked at all. However, there is always the possibility of "false positives", which are emails incorrectly marked as SPAM. Connect will continually update this service to ensure legitimate email does pass through.
If you have any enquires on Connects SPAM service please contact us on spam@connect.com.fj Junk mail received can also be forwarded to spam@connect.com.fj so the senders information can be added to the Connect filter.
